Artegg has stated that the biggest pirate alliance in the game are neutrals and wont be shot at, can other pirate corps expect the the same treatment? Id especially like to hear from NSN, Blades and CE about them being neutrals

We are currently having a large campaign at the above corporations and can not take on more targets at the moment. We hope for Celestial Apocalyps to come and assist us in the fight against m0o + allies like Evol and RKK. I have been stationary in Venal for ~3 months fighting the above targets. Only occasionally do I zip through PB to make a empirerun. Today I did not encounter any of these new TPS pirates. But little would it have mattered since I was in a shuttle. Your reasons for posting this are a bit obscure. So your not fighting the biggest pirates in the game and you expect CELESTto come into venal to fight rkk/evol/moo rather than fight TPS?
